IMPLICIT REACTION

Implicit reaction is a response-latency research technique used to assess automatic associations and preferences that may not be fully captured through self-report. Participants respond to stimuli in milliseconds, and differences in response speed can indicate the relative strength of associations between concepts. This approach can be especially useful when people are unable, unwilling, or uncertain about how to describe their reactions directly.
